10 Reasons to Fall in Love with Metal Clay

This week you will find me on the Jewellers Academy podcast talking with Jessica Rose about 10 reasons to fall in love with metal clay. Honestly, I think we probably got to about 12 by the end of the recording!

It’s no secret that I love working with silver metal clay. I discovered it in 2010 and was hooked from the first day of trying it. So it’s fantastic that so many years later I work with silver metal clay in my teaching (and have since 2012).

Jessica Rose, the founder of Jewellers Academy, is also a fan of silver metal clay. She had a very successful fingerprint business which uses metal clay. So she is a great person to obsess about it with!

In this week’s episode of the Jewellers Academy podcast, we try to limit ourselves to 10 reasons to fall in love with it. We fail and end up with more! But if you don’t know anything about metal clay this is a great listen.

You can listen on your podcast app of choice - Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts and Spotify. Just search for Jewellers Academy podcast. This is episode 148.

Or you can watch the interview on youtube >
